One of our last weekends together before we all went our separate ways so we decided to go to Manzamo resort. We had not been there at all since the official start of summer.
Jerry had not seen Manzamo point before so we stopped there just before we went to the resort. The name is from the original Okinawan daliect and means "the place where 10,000 people can sit."
Jerry is posed in front of the "elephant's nose."
You can see how clear the water is.
I love daisies.
The first thing we did was grab lunch at their amazing buffet. To have access to the resort beach, we pay $10 to park. We get beach access, pool access and shower access.
If we decide to have the buffet, they take the $10 off from the buffet price. Good deal!
Special order. Jerry has got the bow down. I wonder if he is bowing back in Miami? It takes awhile before you get used to not bowing for everything.
A typical presentation. This was an amazing fired spring roll. Note the portion size...
So Caroline and Jerry saw these giant inflatables from Manzamo point. We had to try them. By the way, Patrick was home sleeping. We couldn't get him. We told him that "family fun day" was Saturday and not to stay up all night on facebook, but he didn't listen. This is what he missed.
Caroline and Jerry climbing the big one. I did it too but Bill was sleeping so there is no photographic evidence that I actually climbed this thing and slid off the side. It was really hard climbing up these things!
There goes Caroline...
And Jerry...
The seesaw was fun.
Jerry climbed this thing. It moves around and you have to hold on. Caroline got to the top and slid off because it rocks so much.
More pictures of flowers for Madre, Bill's mom.
The end to another great "family fun day."
What was the resort's name?
