Sydney Australia- November 19 and 20 (part 1)

We also took some beautiful pictures of Sydney.
We had lunch at the oldest pub in Sydney.  There is Tommy with Caroline and I.

Caroline and Tommy eating lots of junk food at the beautiful outdoor market in the area known as "The Rocks." One of the oldest areas in Sydney.

At the harbor after a day of touring around Sydney.

These beautiful trees were all over Sydney.  We could even see them from the airplane.

Bill and I took a walk that evening (alone).  We came across an outdoor concert at the harbor.

The bats came out as we were walking the harbor.  Hundreds of them!  I love bats.  We have them in Okinawa.  It s one of my favorite things about Okinawa.  Here is one flying by the full moon.

We signed up for an all day tour the next day.  We started with Wildlife Adventure Park.  Everyone loved it.  Then we did sight seeing (see part 2).  I could have stayed at the Wildlife park.

The kangaroos and wallabys were running all over the place.  We were there before the park officially opened so we had the best experience.  It is true though, we did see kangaroos along the side of the road, laying under trees.  They really are all over.

Part of the tour was getting to pet the koala.  So awesome.

OK, I look like a dork in this picture but it is the only one with Bill with the koala so I had to include it.  Normally, I (as sole editor of my blog) put it in only the best pictures of myself...
Bill is just pretending to pet the koala.  He didn't like touching, let alone feeding the animals.  I was kind of surprised.  Caroline and I were in heaven.

You can see just pure joy on my face.  Caroline and I loved this part.

Here is the funny wombat.  He was cute.  He had the same little walking pattern over and over in his pen.
